Mjaldur Arctic Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests

1. To cancel your tour with Mjaldur Arctic, please send a written confirmation via email to magnus@mjaldur.is. The cancellation request must be confirmed by Mjaldur Arctic to be valid.
2. Refund Eligibility:
   . You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund, excluding a 3% card fee, which is non-refundable.
   . No refund will be provided for cancellation requests received within 24 hours of the tour's departure time, including bookings made within 48 hours before departure.
3. Late Arrival: Please note that if you are late for a tour, your seat on the tour cannot be guaranteed or refunded.

Changes or Cancellation by Mjaldur Arctic

1. Mjaldur Arctic reserves the right to change or alter tour itineraries in response to weather or road conditions.
2. Tour itineraries may be changed or canceled to ensure the safety of passengers and staff. In the event of tour cancellation, Mjaldur Arctic will offer an alternative arrangement or another tour for the customers to choose from. If preferred, customers can also opt for a refund of the tour fee, excluding the 3% card fee.
